Thanks to Jinx's awesome pictures of the Aurora Borealis, I took it upon myself to find a good video of the event happening. This is a good video, this is such a spectacular natural phenomenon. However, I think it would sort of blow mu mind to see something like this in person!
This video was sooo cool! I've seen in Northern Lights in Finland a few years ago, but like others above, I didn't realize that there were Southern Lights as well. Fascinating and beautiful!

I just learned that too jen! I guess it happens in Australia, it something to do with the "poles".
