To be honest, I don’t mind some Nickelback. I will always defend their song, Leader of Men. I love these lyrics:

“One day, up to a cliff, That overlooked the water,
I jumped in to save a girl, It was somebody's daughter,
And now the ring on my hand, Was given to me by her”

I can’t totally condemn someone who came up with that sentiment.

Admittedly, I’ve sang along to Nickelback, but a lot of the time hamming it up.
I’m not a Britney fan, but I’ve been known to sing out:

“Oops!...I did it again,
I played with your heart, got lost in the game
Oh baby, baby, Oops!...You think I'm in love
That I'm sent from above, I'm not that innocent”

During which, my boys cringed in pain, with horrified looks on their faces. Evil

The Royal Canadian Air Farce is a satirical comedy program on the CBC, and they did this Nickelback video parody.
It's really funny, and I knew some Popple Nickelback “fans” would appreciate it.

Just in case, MuchTV is our MTV, and Junos are our Grammies! Smiling

Have Fun!
