This is believed to be the smallest house in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This small home is located at the intersection of Dufferin Street and Rogers Road.
It is just under 300 square feet, and market value is approximately $179,000.
Livingroom: Facing Front Entrance
The listing reports 100 amp service, and 2 satellite dishes. You need 2 satellietes in a home this big?!
Livingroom: Facing The Back of the Home
Notice they managed a washer and dryer?!
A Murphy bed is the best solution to the bedroom in this house.
This shows the bedroom with the Murphy bed folded up. It apparently doubles as a den during the day.
You need a outdoor space you say? No problem, it even has some of that!

Now besides wanting to know where the "newly renovated bathroom" is, and if there is room in the patio for a
I would like to know if Popples would live in this Teeny Tiny House?

I really like Toronto, but going there makes me embarrassed to be American.
Really Linz?! How come?
I just noticed one pciture didn't show up, but the caption did, how weird.
My friend's live around the Danforth and have a tiny place with 3 kids! One bathroom, and a SMALL kitchen. I don't know how she does it.
My ex-boyfriend was from Canada, and he told me that you can pick the Americans out of the crowds in Toronto. I didn't believe him, but every time I've been there, it's been true.
...but, then, they all seemed to be New Yorkers, and even Americans don't like them. So, maybe I shouldn't feel so bad.
I dated him for 4.5 years and spent a good bit of time in Canada - mostly Ottawa and "cottage country."
lol
I can usually pick out an American.
at your New Yorker comment.
Ottawa is gorgeous being the nations capital and all.
It's not much smaller than where I live now, so yes. I'd buy it. It's cheaper than anything here. 600 sq. feet for $365k? Bite me. I'd take that little house and be happy I owned instead of rented.
I would love to live there if I was single...

HAPPY
HOLIDAYS
I think the one apartment I lived in in Toronto was smaller then this. When my honey shaved, to see in the mirror, over the basin, he had to have one foot in the tub!
Sticky, you would be in real estate heaven here.
I feel I should clarify that he didn't live in Canada - his family did, and we were up there often.
Actually, I don't know why that's relevant.
I am losing my mind tonight.
Did I mention how much I love Ontari-ari-ario?
LOL @ Linz, I wanted to add that I don't even know why I knew sometimes, but there would just be something. Kind of like the feeling when you cross the border, instantly, it feels different, even though it isn't alot different, there's just something.
Does that make sense?
It's totally cute for one person! I can't believe that's 300 square feet! It actually looks like more in the pictures. Where is the bathroom?
That makes sense. Like, the last time I crossed the border on my motorcycle, there was this dead skunk on the side of the QEW, and the stench was so strong that I could actually taste it. I definitely knew I was in a different place.
I don't know where the bathroom is, although its mentioned in the real estate thing.
Must be small if they aren't showing it! lol
Oh, Linz, don't even talk about roadkill!
Oh, I'm trying to remember what concert we were going
to see in Detroit, anyways we crossed at Port Huron. It became a running gag, all the roadkill there was along the I-95, there were even halves of deer!
It's really cute! The 4 of us live in 1100 sq ft, so 300 for one should be doable.
They/he/she made an awesome use of the space though.
I've been watching too much "Sell This House! when I'm thinking, Oh my, they staged it nice!
adorable! I would have been happy to have a place like that when I was a single mamacita
Of course now with my giant gringo we need bigger spaces

'tis the season to be kinky falalalalah
It's really cute, with a lot of nice upgrades. I would have lived there as a single mom with Ethan when he was little. Wouldn't be too bad if it was just me and the hubs. Although, (here comes my immature potty humor) it's so small, if someone stunk up the bathroom, there would be no escaping it
I voted for the last option. We have places like this around here too..only they are usually tiny condo's, and there are some houses, too. I think it's cute, but I wouldn't have anywhere to put my clothes, shoes, etc. We live in a small condo (only two bedrooms), but I could never go this small. It would be really easy to clean, though.
I think it's super cute! I love how it looks from the outside.
With the kids, nooooo way. By
meself once upon a time, oh hell yah!!
Way too claustrophobic for that
It is awesome though.. for some weird reason
That's awesome! But I couldn't live there... I'd end up taking a jack-hammer to the walls... ^_^; My neighbors would just loooovvveee me! lol
EW, NO!
Strange that this came up today, 'cause I got a random call to my cell phone from a Toronto number this evening...
If I were single and had very little furniture, maybe. I could also see buying it and then renting it out. It's cute.
I love it! Its itty bitty & perfect for one! I mean, you don't need much else. Plus I love the idea of a Murphy bed. I think I've seen Roger Rabbit eleventeen times to many.
I dreamed about this house last night. I can't remember it, but this house was in it.
How cute!!!! If it were just me, I would live in it just cause it's so dang cute! And I'd make room for my
I'd definitely live in it if I lived alone... it's adorable. I actually spent my first year living in the city in a 200 sq foot studio, so this teeny house would've been a luxury.
it is remarkably cute and quaint.
That's a lot of money for that size, even by Toronto standards.
