What in the world are you doing for Earth Day?

We are going to turn off all appliances this afternoon and walk the dogs and exercise outside.

Watering my plants. Honestly, the fact that I'm actually growing something is a huge feat.

I haven't given it much thought. I'm pretty sure our theater will be packed because it's IMAX and that's always packed for new movies. but I do really want to see it, it looks SO cute.

Planting a tree for every tickets sold? How cool.. I haven't even seen a preview for it!

I nixed all plastic bottles, unplugged as many things as possible in my house, and took the train! Even though the last thing I do on a daily basis living in nyc but hey, it still counts! :<)

Yeah, I feel like I've gotten pretty good in my everyday life, too.

I dug around various trash cans & recycle bins & properly sorted bottles & cans (just clap your hands. where its at!! can't help myself)

While this won't be happening on the official "Earthday" my husband and I will be scuba diving at Dana Point in California to remove the trash that people toss in at the dock. You would be astounded at the crap people toss into the ocean. It is pathetic.
